ABOUT: Alix Monestime - Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. As a child I grew up in an old victorian home in Jamaica Plain with 12 foot ceiling and large leaky windows. So my family always had repairs and renovation work to complete. So naturally, as I grew older my interest in houses grew as well. In 1990 I build my first home in Hull Massachusetts. I’ve personally bought and sold several homes, primarily in the South Shore. As a licensed broker I’ve assisted many friends, family and acquaintances in buying and selling their homes.
